automake

• Requires autoreconf to build with latest automake
• autoreconf depends on gzip (for amhello) and makeinfo
• Does not support cross-compilation (amhello error)
• Test suite requires bash and other dependencies
• Test suite is unreliable with a lot failing tests (e.g. lex)
